The Rare Disease Champion Award
is given annually to a leader in college football who has realized his or her potential to make a positive and lasting impact on the rare disease community.
Fans and supporters are encouraged to vote once per day for their favorite finalist through Wednesday, February 17, 2016. The winner will be decided by popular public vote and announced on February 18th.
