Boston College Lift For Life

Members of the 2012 Boston College football squad are set to participate in the 4th annual Uplifting Athletes "Lift for Life" event scheduled for Saturday, April 21 at 1 p.m. at Alumni Stadium. Current BC Eagles will test their strength and endurance in this nine-exercise competition featuring extreme activities such as tug-of-war and a truck push.

Proceeds from the event will benefit research through the Sarcoma Foundation of America and help raise awareness for this rare disease. Their efforts have already raised more than $100,000 in its first year.

"Lift for Life" is open to the public with a suggested donation of $5 per student or child and $10 per adult. Parking will be available in the garage adjacent to Alumni Stadium and Gate E will be open for fans to enter the event. Donations can also be made in advance and credited to a favorite player's fundraising total by clicking HERE.  Fans will have a chance to meet and get autographs from current and former members of the Boston College football team.
