With over a decade leading athletic-based philanthropy, Jeff Baxter has built a career turning the power of sport into meaningful impact. His work spans national campaigns, grassroots fundraising, and large-scale events that have generated vital support for causes ranging from rare disease research to family assistance. Known for his ability to unite athletes, teams, and communities around a shared mission, Jeff combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to inspire participation, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable results.
A former Division I men’s lacrosse student athlete at St. Joseph’s University, Jeff went on to coach the sport for more than a decade at levels from youth, high school to college—including a stint in England. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in sport management from Neumann University. Jeff lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two daughters.
